SevaVerse is a community coordination platform for local service initiatives and volunteer mobilization.

NGOs, orphanages, volunteers and donors have no shared surface, so outreach stays limited, donations are mobilised ad hoc, volunteer onboarding is manual, and nobody downstream can see what actually happened to a contribution.
The Approach
One platform holding all four parties rather than a donation form: organisation sign-up and profiles, volunteer recruitment and management, and tracking that leaves a record each side can inspect. Built with Aditya Vardhan Kochar and Arikta Das for Women Techies'25, run by GDSC at VIT Vellore.
What It Does Not Do
Built to a hackathon deadline, so the transparency and reporting mechanisms are demonstrated rather than hardened. There is no verification that a listed organisation is real, which is the first thing a platform like this would need before handling money.
